Hallo,
A few minutes ago a German student came to me and showed me a game that is based on German proverbs and their word-by-word translations. Students have to choose between three options of a potential English equivalent… online one being correct.
Example: to be on the wrong steamboat (auf dem falschen Dampfer sein) = to be on the wrong track
