Petrol tank BSP fittings - Old Dave - 04-03-2023
Further to my new petrol tank. I am left with what appears to be a parallel 1/4 BSP female thread (photo) - the old tank had a 1/4 BSP parallel "male" fitting (photo) the pipe to the engine has a flared end and threaded attachment. (photo). I assume that this is a standard A7 fitting to a rear tank.
Obviously I need to convert the new female fitting to a male end. Is there a special end on the adapter I need OR will the flared pipe fit to any 1/4 BSP fitting?
