Can anyone identify it? To my untrained eye it is very “Seven”. Perhaps a coach built Dixi or BMW?

Left-hand drive, so almost certainly Dixi/BMW based dating from the late 1950s or early 1960s. Maybe a German/Swedish equivalent of a Speedex, it looks to be very well made for a home-build. Edit: silly me, I didn't spot your second link!
