chasing the history of our Ruby - phillips - 31-01-2023 Hi all, well for a number of years now, off and on, I have been trying to trace the history of our 1936 Ruby, reg number FMC 849. And the last bit of information I had was the Ruby was last heard of down in Brighton, this was back in the late 70’s our Ruby was then owned by a Mr Brian E Morane, of Denmark street Brighton. When we then purchased the Ruby from a garage down West Wales, in the late 80’s, it was in a bit of a’ mess’ can any A7 Friends shed any light as to the last known owner of our Ruby, as I understand Mr Morane was a member of the Austin Seven Owners Club. Many thanks in anticipation.
