Gerrit Jansen just put this up for sale via facebook. I had no ide Duple made A7 bodies.

I believe Duple produced a body that was a dual-purpose van/tourer - one survives on a Morris Minor chassis - but the one in Gerrit Jansen's photos does not appear to be such an animal.
