Watched my speed, glad I had recently checked the indicators were still working. I imagined they were running my reg through the computer to check I had insurance? After a mile or so, when I turned right towards home, they went straight on. Years ago I was driving a friend's hairy TR8 that he kept garaged at my house - giving it a run - when a police car was suddenly behind me. So, I went left at the next roundabout into housing. It followed - so I went around a full 180 degrees at the next roundabout - and it followed me again. So, I knew they were checking. Fortunately, all the paperwork was in order and they overtook when I got back on the dual carriageway...
