Can anyone tell me who the ladies were who took the hill in the afternoon?  Many of them were wearing pink, I'm guessing they were raising money for charity. Unfortunately, the commentator had lost his notes so was only able to tell us the colours of the cars!

They are an informal group of ladies who meet and have weekends/weeks away at various times of the year calling themselves 'Chummy Ladies'. All drive Chummies and are, mainly, VSCC members.

My issue was when I subsequently logged on to Facebook, I was surprised at how many local ladies wanted to be chummy. In fact I'm not sure they really were all local. I'm certain they weren't all ladies.
