Hi
It looks like a Lucas CFR, but it's missing the small upper and larger lower covers.
Connections Left to Right (will vary a bit with car):
+ (Unknown colour x 2) to Screenwiper and Horn
A (Purple/White) to PLC2 switch
+D (Yellow x 2) to Dynamo Armature or + and PLC2
F1 not used
F2 (Green x 2) to Dynamo Field and PLC2
E (Black x 3) to Body Earth, Screenwiper Earth and Horn Earth (via 4 way JB)
LH Fuse A to + to protect Wiper and Horns 25 Amps
RH Fuse to protect Dynamo Field 6 Amps
