I’m trying to decide. Is it expensive because of the work involved cutting the holes, or if it were all there would it cost even more. I’ve got an old surfboard could this be the start of a new project??

If the seller really thinks it's worth £1000 why doesn't he he make a bit more effort with presentation, rather than just posting one photo (in this case 3 photos, all the same) of the item part obscured by random detritus, and virtually no description?
