Paul Wood RIP - Andy Bennett - 31-05-2022

Very sad to hear that Paul Wood of P&A Wood has died.
The Essex Austin Seven Club were generously entertained at their Rolls Royce works on a number of visits, which always included excellent cakes and a chance to enjoy both their awe inspiring renovation work on million pound Rollers alongside their love of and superb collection of Austin 7s.

Very sad to hear the news.
Paul was a through and through Austin Seven man who preferred his Sevens more than the any Rolls.

Although I never met Paul I did some work for him a few times and always enjoyed his conversation.

Sad news.

Yes Robert, it says much that the picture they chose to use of him was with his Austin 7s.

Incredibly sad. Jan and I spent a lovely day with him some years back when investigating the Speedy he owned. Being shown round his collection of Sevens at his home, then round the Works, he was the perfect gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble.
