Great British Car Journey Austin Celebration - JFaulknerUlsterRep - 09-05-2022

Just wanted to say thanks for a great day yesterday at the Great British Car Journey. We travelled some miles both getting there and some 35 miles covered on the organised run out into the Peak District. Thanks to all involved.

A seldom-seen Rosengart at the event. Note the clip-on, remotely-controlled bicycle-type indicators.

Missed the speed of the ulster rep but all in all a good day was had by all. The most driving I have done in an Austin 7 for a long time. A lot of 2nd and 3rd gear hill work! But I’m guessing not far off 200 miles covered. Only me and Colin and Dan from the club group took cars. The stop off at dinner was great where a lovely nippy as it should be complete with webbed crankcase and correct block
