Snaps from the Scramble today. Not as many Sevens as might perhaps have been expected, given that they had free entry. Lots of lovely things to see, and hear (I am still slightly deaf from the dragster they had running...awesomely noisy). Check out the Hotchkiss Brooklands racer. Never seen it before. It was warming up when I took the photos and sounded wonderful.
The Opal behaved itself impeccably though the run home was challenging as the wind had got up and was really making things interesting. Got a slight surprise just after Milton Keynes when I looked in the rear view mirror and found four police motorcycles a few inches off my back bumper. Naturally I gave them a run for their money...

Smashing pictures Nick, I live just ten minutes through the lanes, but was busy putting a new interior in the box and it’s a tad difficult to drive with no seats!
