Does anyone know the wheel and tyre specifications for the twin-cam works single-seat cars?

According to the Source Book:
Austin manufactured triple spoked wire wheels fitted with 5.25 x 16" low pressure Dunlop racing tyres. Later changed to 4.50 x17"£ and 18" depending on race and tyres available.
