Brake lining rivets - morrisminor - 17-12-2021

Hi all
Can anyone tell me where I can get brake lining rivets from please ?

Sapphire Products can supply brake lining rivets.

I have always fitted brake linings myself up till now.
However, having recently had green gripper linings fitted by Saftek, I wouldn't do it myself any more.
They gave a quick turn round of known excellent material at a very good price.
A7 Components can supply rivets for £3.10 set of 16 + p&p. No doubt other A7 suppliers are similar.

+1 for Saftek.

Cheers

Saftek is the way forward.

They do such a good job and are so cheap, I believe it is nuts to do it yourself less well.
I get them bonded and riveted on alloy shoes.
Their green gripper material gives great brakes on Austin Seven cars

I don't think I've riveted brake shoes myself in 20 years or more. Similarly clutch linings. As Nick says, Saftek are excellent, don't charge much and their Green Gripper works great on Sevens.
