It was very nice to meet him at last. In 2007 my class of 8 year olds followed his Peking to Paris journey every day and even made it onto the blog once!
The Cup was amongst some mighty beasts today, to celebrate a great human.

I presume those were those fake yellow lines pressed into service in non-adopted private roads?! A couple of 3 litre Bentleys and some mk6 Specials, or are those others real ones too? A great send off.
