I saw this picture reg no JJ 6555 parked on Denis Street in Hugglescote, Leicestershire. Do anyone know who owns the car please?

I think it's JU, too.
JJ (London) was only issued between November '32 and March '33, while JU ran from December '31 until November '36 and is a Leicestershire index mark - the car (Morris 8?) looks post-1933 to me.
Either way, neither is listed on the DVLA site.

JU 6555 was issued by Leicestershire in 1935 - probably around the middle of that year. As a Morris 8 owner I'd agree with Martin - that's what it looks like to me with the number plate attached to the luggage rack. Given the registration date it's probably a Morris 8 Pre-Series Saloon - the Series 1 being introduced around June 1935.
