Hi Gents
Could someone advise with the thread specification.
The brass insert in the gearbox what is the connecting speedo cable size.
The part the cable connector screws onto?
1936 Mk2 Ruby with standard gearbox

         It's a British Standard Brass thread.

as well as the other differences visible in the charts, the CEI threads all have a 60 degree thread angle; BSB has a 55 degree angle in common with most other Brit threads.
