They are always so well dressed. I dont think I have ever owned a pair of shoes as good as  the fellow on the ladder. H and S would have a fit using ladder like that.  Now would insist on scaffolding. Years ago when I turned 60 I stopped standing on the top platform of my 12 ft step ladder to paint above high windows. The door probably got cut up to provide panel steel to patch the floor of the Austin.
