I just need to clarify the threaded fittings into and out of my 1935 Ruby's fuel pump body, Are the by chance 1/8th BSP taper ????

I though it was BSPP on the fuel pump. 1/4" is the norm on the earlier rear tank cars
Flange seal with fibre washer.
I would be suprised if a Ruby was any different from the earlier cars with a rear tank.
The oil pressure take of is 1/8" BSPP for comparison.
My car is 1/4" BSPP to 5/16" copper pipe. 1933/34

Many cars have been fitted with much later pumps. Without burrowing in the bsaement to check, were these ANF/UNF as postwar zenith carbs?

Cheers guys, looking at a new carb option. will see how it runs after test drive.
