British Pathé - Chris KC - 06-09-2020

Had some fun rummaging around this site last night.

The following will no doubt be 'old hat' to some but a couple I'd not seen before so thought I'd share.

"The Motor Racing Drivers' Derby" (sound version) 1930:

"Sea Going Austin Seven" 1953:

"Home Made Veteran Car" 1960:

"School Cars" 1961:

Sorry for the inexplicably teeny links but they are nonetheless clickable...

Hi Chris,
The teeny links do work indeed! Crazy sea going guys..
I did not understand how the posh fellow started his veteran car? Brooklands was dreadfully fast. Those had big b...ks...

Excellent, thanks for posting; not seen the Brooklands clip with sound before. This is one of my favourites -if you are an A7 purist, please look away now.....
