Front Spring Shackles - Upperfield - 29-08-2020
I am assembling the front suspension on my bare chassis. There seems to be a very slight front to back movement at both the axle end and the spring end of both shackles.
The shackles are NOS and both axles and springs have been rebushed.
Is this ok or do they need shimmed?

The radius arms locate the axle fore and aft, so a small amount of clearance between the shackle and spring/axle bosses is of little consequence.
