ML magnetos again - Jack in the Box - 23-06-2020

Please can someone point me to an article on rebuilding magnetos - specifically ML RF4? I am trying to understand the path from the oiler on top of the case.
I have many years of A7OC magazines, Grey Mags and 750 MC Bulletins but am trying to avoid wading through them all.
This is a follow up to my earlier posts regarding ML gears and I am very grateful to a Forum member for sending me a used but serviceable gear that should get me back on the road.
For info., I have been in correspondence with Magneto Ignition Supplies who are planning to make a batch of new Tufnol gears soon.
Thanks
Alan

Hello Alan,
the oil hole feeds the shaft carrying the brass gear that the rotor arm is attached to. There is a felt wick in the shaft to carry the oil.
  Hope this is of help,
        Robert.

Robert,
Thanks for responding.
I discovered the wicking on my shaft after posting. It had 90+ years of gunge that stopped the oil flowing.
I managed to clear things with penetrating fluid and a football inflator poked in the oiler attached to a foot pump.
After fitting the gear supplied by a forum member, I am pleased to report that the Chummy started readily this afternoon.
Didn’t hear anything from Boris today about using our old cars, but we plan to!
Cheers
Alan
