Hi does any one know what year this engine is as i am looking for a engine for my Ruby. Number M167689

So it will be a high frame engine, not suitable for a Ruby

Hi Bamford - 2009,
If you log into the A7CA web site,then member clubs ,then technical,there is hours of reading with information on engines etc.
For a 1935 Ruby the engine number would be about 224*** , give or take a hundred.
Could be some one may have a 1935 engine to exchange for a 1932.
