Windscreen handle - Douglas Alderson - 03-11-2017
Does anyone know when the windscreen handle changed design I am aware of two types, the difference appears to be where the handle fits to the windscreen see photos below. I am trying to get my windscreen to close properly 1932 RN.

Top photo is the RP introduced in October 1932, the bottom is the RN.

Dave thanks, the top photo is from an RN, I guess it has been swapped at some stage. I am still trying to get my windscreen to shut properly, will get there in the end.

This is the windscreen closer fitted to my RP which seems to have a shorter casting between the handle and the screen mount compared to the one in the first picture...
