Banging from rear end 1932 RP. - Smiley - 28-10-2017

Hi everyone,  I have recently been experiencing a banging under the rear end of Smiley when hitting pot hole.  I have looked underneath but can't see anything obvious.
Does anyone have any idea where I might look next. ?

Hi Ian, Thanks for the info.  I'll check that out and let you know how I get on.

Hi Smiley and others

If you could please give more details then many may learn from the experience.” Banging” could be a myriad things.

If you can get someone to vigorously rock and bounce the car much can be explored. Loose s.a links etc.
And someone letting in clutch forward and reverse whilst from a safe side position you listen and observe underneath or through the driveshaft cover plate.
