I believe this is the prototype Bantam Hollywood - the lady standing beside it was there to conceal the Coupe windscreen which was used as a temporary measure until production got underway.

They have to have chosen the shortest models ever to make the car look big. Based on the wheelbase they must be 4 ft something.
