Hi Graham.
When you say "Window runners", what do you have in mind? The glass runs in rubber/felt channels set into slots machined into the woodwork; or do you mean the metal channel attached to the bottom edge of the glass?

Oxfordshire Sevens have the channels on their website at £12.00 a side. I am not sure whether they are what you need, but may be worth checking.
