PROPSHAFT COVER - Paul Nott - 08-07-2019

Hi All
Just wondering if any one out there know's a supplier of propshaft tunnel covers for my Special. I'm now changing the seat layout from a bench to two single pads with the tunnel between the two.
Many thanks
Paul

You can easily fold one up from 18 degrees sheet steel or alloy.

You only need a bench with a decent vice and two bit of angle iron

Or find a sheet metal fabricators who will do it for you.

Ian at Oxfordshire Sevens produces standard transmission tunnels with the handbrake cut out et al. He should be able to fabricate something bespoke as well. oxfordshiresevens.co.uk

I'm assuming you mean the rear cover. Jamie Rogerson supplies replica covers. I bought one for my Ulster Rep and formed it to fit the rounded tunnel. Making the spring to hold it down was a bit more involved.
