Maybe the scammer is using Gumtree as opposed to Ebay now.

It's on both the the A7CA Chassis Register and Austin 7 Special Register as an old entry last recorded in the year 2000 - it was then owned by a 750 Motor Club member. DVLA Database shows it as taxed until May 2020.

Nigel, Price in the text is £8,500. Seems like a mis-spell in the headline price.
