Thanks to you for your interest in la petite. I'm discovering it as you all do!
Your diagnostic seems correct Jon. The rad is lowered though as it would need a hole to engage the "manivelle"... That project was never finished obviously. But apart from seats I seem to have nearly everything.
It's much too early to have a real plan but I quite like that body.
