    This photograph, taken at the start of a one day Trial from Melbourne to Ballarat in country Victoria on 9 February 1936 organised by the Light Car Club of Australia. The unnamed driver is about to be checked out from the start control, the registration label (tax disc) indicates it would have been registered the previous October. I will leave it to others to confirm that is an Melbourne built body, but a rare opportunity to share a photo of a near new car. The photo is from the Terdich collection held by the VSCC Victorian division.
