RE: Manufacturing marks or wear? - Damian GT - 25-09-2018 I reckon those are original Longbridge marks. Each spline is represented equally in the process, indicating automation, and the appearance of repeated cuts at varying angles suggests (to me) a manufacturing process. I guess that there may have been a few like this and the foreman approved those which were OK to go in a car..
