Thanks, I've been in touch with Peter at Richard Bros.  The wheel centres are a bit beyond my pocket but I have bought a rim and spokes from him.

I had a go at lacing a wire wheel this week. Using two of my wheels, one had a defective rim the other a defective centre and there were more than enough good spokes to use. It wasn't too difficult once I'd worked out which spoke went where! Quite pleased with the result.
