Of course David ,if you don't want the downgrading of your RP by the 'originality' Judges, you'll insist on replacing the piping on the rear wings with the proper non-plastic type which was made of paper string wrapped in japanned cloth and looked like patent leather. Is anyone making it and selling it nowadays???

Not that I know of, but the modern stuff looks OK. My RP had been extensively modified before I got it, and I am continuing that process...
