Looking at this again (and again), there's something very odd going on here. Looking at this picture, there are 4 definite Big 7 features on this body, I've ringed them.
Could it be a factory prototype of some sort? Did they make a 2 seater Big 7 outside Australia?
Or did someone bodge together 2 bodies (seems unlikely)?

Car was sold at Anglia Car Auctions on 4th Nov 2023, fetching £9828 in total.
The engine was as expected then.
So, it seems we either have a magician who can rebuild an Opal body round a redundant, red Big 7 scuttle and chassis in 10 months, or someone who has muddled their pictures up, whether to confuse or deliberately mislead!

The pictures are not right, number 2 shows the 7 Starting handle and casing but number 6 clearly shows the Big 7 set up with guide for a conventional handle. Picture 6 also shows what i think is a Big 7 drag link that goes ahead of the axle not behind it.
