Whilst not of any Seven interest, page 5 of the photo album shows what is described as a 1912 Duo Car, seemingly owned by Bernard in 1914. This piqued my intertest and it appearedĀ as a centre spread in the latest Light Car & Edwardian Section magazine. The photo elicited several responses from readers which has led to much further research, This has resulted in me, and others, disappearing down various rabbit holes in our quest to find the truth behind the photo! A full appraisal should appear in the next LCES mag in the Spring, but for now I'll keep my powder dry.

Chris, I don't know what your research has uncovered, but I'm pretty sure that's not a Duo Car (which all seem to have side-by-side seating) but a duocar, a generic term for two-seaters similar to the now more familiar monocar.

Mike. You'll have to wait and see!!

Mike. This is probably what you're thinking of. Four Duo Cars in line.
