RE: Selwyn Says - Jeff Taylor - 13-01-2023 The 1935 to 1938 Morris Eight Series I and II had 3/8" WBP bonded plywood floors from new - the plywood sealed with a satin black preservative finish. RE: Floor Boards in Austins? - Martin Prior - 14-01-2023 Both the Swallow and the SS2 that we're re-bodying have wooden floorboards, as did a GE lookalike saloon that we completed recently. I like them, to the extent that I'm going to discard the steel floorpan that I've made for our own sports coupe project in favour of a wooden one. |
