As Alan pointed out, 3rd April 1955, Buxton and a Mrs Day, probably on the "Garaging Test" which took her 29 4/5 seconds (decimalisation was a future concept, clearly)
The digitised VSCC Bulletins from the 50's and 60's are useful and easily accessible, although I do also have the paper copies.
