RE: How do I stop the Front brakes pulling to the left - DaveT - 05-05-2022

Thanks for all the replies,

I checked the security of the radius arm nuts and they were TIGHT.

I then removed the quadrant and checked it against the old one and it was obviously tighter being new. So I chamferd the edges and cleaned up the cable grove then thoroughly greased the cable and quadrant and then refitted and checked for free movement of the cable.

I also lightly sanded the new linings on both wheels refitted everything and then went for a quick run.

The brakes worked fine pulling me up in a straight line with no pulling to the left.

So I am concluding that the new quadrant previously fitted was just a smidgen tight and just required fettling.

Again thanks for your help and advice. Smile Smile Smile
