RE: Wheels nuts - GrahamW - 18-01-2022 Thanks for the pointers on the nuts RE: Wheels nuts - Stumpi - 18-01-2022 I would avoid aeronuts as they tend to damage the stud thread,I have been using nylocs for 30years with no problems on my trials car and I use a torque wrench when possible.the only problem I have encountered is that the drum relies on the countersunk screws for location,so have reduced the stud hole so it’s a good fit on studs using a stainless bush in drum. Andy RE: Wheels nuts - Peter Johnson - 18-01-2022 +1 recommendation for the washers made by Alistair Frayling-Cork which I have used on my cup model in VSCC sprints and hill climbs. Absolutely worth the money. RE: Wheels nuts - GrahamW - 19-01-2022 Does anyone have contact details for Charlie Plain Jones ? RE: Wheels nuts - Hugh Barnes - 19-01-2022 Message sent, Graham.... |
