Hi All

Just an idea but if Parazine’s idea is adopted you could also make the diameter of the pivot to a size that makes allowance for wear. Would be preferable to shimming.

you'd have to doctor the radius on the shoes if you increased the diameter.

What you really need to do is machine a funny shaped oblong with semi circular ends.
