I think the head one piece casting on the Brough with 7 Engine had the plugs on the side for ease of removal

Looks to me from the chamber shape like it could be a Cowley head.

This is the two piece head I picked up yesterday?.
And this is a set of patterns I was given about 3 years ago.
It looks like they are the same.
