How about trying some of the model engineering suppliers for example Reeves or Blackgates.  They normally have a full range of ba sizes including 4ba.

I have used this firm for BA nuts and bolts. They have a wide selection of nuts, bolts, screws, washers and studding. Their website is rather dated in style and not the easiest to use, but they respond to e-mails very promptly. I have found them very helpful.
