Of course you also need space to install it, which appears to be the case here. RE: Hamblin Cadet - Cliff Ringrose - 29-04-2020 The reason I had the distributor driven from the camshaft (back in the day!) was to reduce power loss. Every little helps when racing. Only one thing robs power from a drive more than a 90 degree turn and that is two 90 degree turns. Should of added to my last post it's a smashing little car. Wish I could find one like that.
