A number of years ago, a friend went help a fellow who had a field of old cars that needed to be junked. Several others came to help as well. Unbolting the straps that held the tanks in on those old American cars was laborious. So one fellow decided he would cut them out with a grinder with a cutting wheel. Everyone cautioned him that this was a bad idea. The blast blew him up against an old shed and he didn't survive more than a half hour.
