I use Rainex on my 1929 fabric saloon. Never use the wiper except while stationary in heavy rain.
For some reason I don't understand, this car has no water leaks. Even driving up to Blair Atholl in rain that flooded the A9 and caused the railway to stop because the ballast was washed away there was only the occasional dribble down the inside of the screen. That leak since fixed.
