Thanks for posting the pages from Lucas publication 400B, this catalogue has an interesting background being hastily put together in 1939 from earlier publications. As you quite correctly point out cross referencing information from it is extremely difficult as page numbers do not correlate and Lucas had not caught up with manufacturers model changes. However as the world was about to slide into WWII I think they were preoccupied.
