The Internal Frame Components

The internal timber frame work was constructed similar to the original Meteor located in Adelaide, South Australia.

The above photograph shows the timber frame sitting on the 6' 9" (late long wheelbase) chassis. The rear extensions were modified later to accommodate the body tail section of the Meteor.
